Client-Provided Information (Names, Phone Numbers & Packages)

Sasakadi is not responsible for any errors related to the names, phone numbers, or invitation packages submitted by the client. We send invitations exactly as provided, so it is the client's responsibility to verify and confirm all information before submission.

Scanning & Card Verification Responsibility

Sasakadi's role is to verify the authenticity of invitation cards at the main entrance using our system.

We are not a security company and do not have final authority over guest entry. Security decisions and guest management are the responsibility of the event's organizing committee or reception team.

Sasakadi will not be held liable for:

  • Unauthorized access through alternative entrances
  • Security conflicts or incidents at the venue
  • Issues arising from guest mismanagement

Scanning Time Limits

Standard scanning hours are:

  • Events starting between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM: Scanning ends at 10:00 PM
  • Events starting before 5:00 PM: Scanning lasts for 4 hours

For custom scanning times, clients must contact Sasakadi in advance to arrange timing.

General Service Disclaimer

While we work hard to ensure smooth service delivery, Sasakadi does not guarantee:

  • Continuous, error-free app or scanning operation
  • Accurate delivery reports from third-party messaging services
  • Zero issues related to guest behavior or venue logistics

Clients are expected to work with Sasakadi to ensure proper coordination during the event.
